ESV Bible (Crossway), the preferred translation of the Torrey Honors College, read alongside everything else every semester. Freshman Fall: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, and Hebrews. Freshman Spring: Mark, Luke, Acts, 1 and 2 Thessalonians, Colossians, Philemon, John, 1 and 2 Peter, and Jude. Sophomore Fall: Romans, James, Galatians, Ephesians, 1 and 2 Timothy, and Titus. Sophomore Spring: Proverbs, Song of Solomon, Psalms, and Ecclesiastes. Junior Fall: Judges, Ruth, 1 and 2 Samuel, 1 and 2 Kings, and Isaiah, and in Torrey Total Bible, 1 and 2 Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah, Hosea, Amos, Micah, Jeremiah, Lamentations, Joel, Obadiah, Jonah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Esther, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. Junior Spring: Ezekiel, Job, and 1, 2 and 3 John, with Exodus read again over seven sessions in a colloquium.
